At Helen Of Troy Apparel® Beverly Hills, sustainability is woven into every decision behind the brand.

MADE TO ORDER, NOT MASS PRODUCED

A significant portion of apparel produced around the world is never sold.

Rather than contributing to that cycle, every Helen Of Troy Apparel® piece is made only after it has been ordered.

This approach helps reduce overproduction, unnecessary inventory, and textile waste.

Every piece exists because someone chose it.

MATERIALS & PRODUCTION

We prioritize materials with a lower environmental impact whenever possible.

Many of our products contain a high percentage of organic or recycled fibers and meet recognized certification standards, including:

• Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS)
• Organic Content Standard (OCS)
• Global Recycled Standard (GRS)
• Recycled Claim Standard (RCS)

Where applicable, products are also OEKO-TEX® certified, helping ensure they are free from harmful substances.

Our production partners also use practices designed to reduce environmental impact, including:

• water-based, non-toxic inks
• energy-efficient production processes
• recycled embroidery threads where available
• responsible handling of excess materials

PACKAGING & FULFILLMENT

Orders are shipped using post-consumer recycled packaging whenever available, helping reduce the need for new plastic production.

Our global fulfillment network allows most orders to be produced and delivered within the same region, reducing transportation distances, lowering emissions, and improving delivery efficiency.

Approximately 78% of orders are fulfilled within the same region in which they are delivered.

RESPONSIBLE PARTNERSHIPS

We carefully select production partners who share our commitment to responsible manufacturing.

This includes:

• responsible material sourcing
• safe working conditions
• compliance with recognized international labor standards
• greater transparency throughout the supply chain

WASTE REDUCTION

Although every product is carefully produced, issues can occasionally occur.

Whenever possible:

• damaged or returned products are donated
• excess materials are recycled
• waste is diverted from landfill through partner programs
