At Helen Of Troy Apparel Beverly Hills, each product is made to order with care. Because of this, we can only accept returns or exchanges in very limited circumstances, as outlined below.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging),
• accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase, and
• supported with photographs clearly showing the issue.
• Your request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or damaged after delivery. In such cases, refunds will not be possible.

Non-Returnable Items: Because each order is custom-produced,we cannot accept returns for:

• wrong size ordered,
• buyer’s remorse or change of mind,
• personalized or customized items,
• gift cards or promotional items, and
• products marked as final sale.

Lost in Transit: Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address: If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address.

Unclaimed or Returned Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed, refused, or returned to us will either:

• if left unclaimed for more than 30 days, be donated to charity.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (for qualifying cases) along with instructions on how and where to send your package. We reserve the right to request additional documentation (photos, videos, etc.) in order to assess any claim.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
