At Helen Of Troy Apparel Beverly Hills, each product is made to order with care. Because of this, we can only accept returns or exchanges in very limited circumstances, as outlined below.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging),
• accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase, and
• supported with photographs clearly showing the issue.
• Your request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or damaged after delivery. In such cases, refunds will not be possible.
